1. Our Philosophy

At Playlist Bureau, we believe in fair play. You should only pay for results, which in our case means successful playlist placements or legitimate reviews from curators.

2. The Credit System

We operate on a credit-based system. When you submit a song to a curator, you use credits.

  • Approved Submissions: If a curator approves your song and adds it to their playlist, the credits are considered "spent" and are non-refundable.
  • Rejected Submissions: If a curator reviews your song but decides not to add it, or if they fail to review it within the specified timeframe (usually 7 days), your credits are automatically returned to your account balance. You can then use these credits to submit to other curators.

3. Refund of Purchased Credits

Generally, purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account, as they allow immediate access to our platform's data and submission tools. However, we may consider refunds for purchased credits in exceptional circumstances:

  • If there was a technical error during the transaction.
  • If you have not used any of the purchased credits and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

To request a refund for unused credits, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

4. No-Guarantee Policy

We do not guarantee that your song will be liked or accepted by any specific curator. Music taste is subjective. Therefore, we cannot offer monetary refunds simply because a song was not placed. However, our credit return system ensures you don't lose value on rejected submissions.
